I know more and more people with HIV, almost all men, and some of my encounters have been very random (one poz guy wanting to bareback me because his viral load was so minimal that I would be safe).
Then there's the tale that being on the cocktail not only lowers viral loads, but also actually prevents transmission. I don't know how accurate that information is ...
... but I do know that not all mistakes are fatal, and that education is the best weapon to have when faced with this disease.
